Hey I am putting together a quote for a local indoor trampoline park. Here is the breakdown:
Floor carpeting- 3500sf
Wall carpeting- 3300sf
Polished concrete- 1200sf
How would you write up a maintenance quote? Should I charge more for first cleaning then give discounted pricing...

I am right in CT so I am going to take a look at this. Did a little research and seems this unit sells new for around 11k before taxes and shipping? That sound about right? I am thinking about buying just the machine and putting it in my enclosed trailer.
Update canceled order with steambrite and placed order with John at Superior Cleaning Solutions...ended up getting th-40, cobra and mini turbo for $1255 shipped plus 2 gal pro chem tile cleaner. He pretty much just matched steambrite current pricing plus added in 2 gal cleaner
Just submitted the quote....alkaline cleaner, agitation, high pressure rinse and extraction for $0.75/sf for first cleaning. then discounted pricing for monthly and quarterly. Did not mention burnishing or polish guard.
According to my understating, "polished concrete" is created by a process that makes the concrete very hard and non porous. Therfore requiring little regular maintaince and that it should not need to be waxed or sealed. The only product I have heard recommended is prosoco polish guard or similar...
I do not believe that it has any finish on it. I did also notice that some areas of the concrete was worn and I will point that out to them however I do not plan on offerring honing and polishing.
I am no expert as this is my first "polished concrete" job...I am just going by what I have read...
