So my Blue Line with 1600 hours on it tends to drop in PSI after 30 min to a hour of running it why does it do that ?

Could be several things causing this.
First would be an air leak on the inlet side or water not flowing to pump.

Second issue could be the pump needs new seals.

Third would be that you need to descale because the scale in the system is heating up and causing blockages in the system or its overheating

When you say drop....how much is it dropping. Usually they will drop immediately if you have issues with the check valves or seals. do you see any leaks from the pump head? look at the oil in the crankcase, is it milky?

you could have some clogged strainers as well.

So is this something you can walk me through and I can fix it myself or pay mechanic 75 bucks a hour to fix it ?

Diagnosing is the hard part sometimes.

If you haven't done a lot of repairs in the past, it may be easier to take to a mechanic.

But, it's easy enough if you are mechanically inclined and can follow YouTube videos

I'm not sure on the pressure but I run it at 600 psi and when it drops well let's it put it this way most garden hoses would have more pressure

If your machine is heating up and bypassing, which it should, your bypass could be getting stuck open either by debris or bad signal

Pull the filter reference #6 and orifice reference #9 and make sure they are clean.
