Hi Jim! I agree with you.
Enz-All for me is the best for many types of jobs.. Greasy black stuff ..
I like this product for trash or very soil carpets.. It comes very close.. Like their Prozyme Plus product.. Seems to work well..
Depends job type too...
I have been using Enz -All for awhile never let me down...
Could be. I think im just going to use it for CGD and for boosting my bio break.

I should try enz all, i hear nothing but good things.
I like that it's a high alkaline cleaner + an enzyme.
All id have to do is add citrus solv .

Maybe im being to harsh on the product but areas were very dark.
Still improvement was made.

What do you think guys?
Does look better after...
Looks like Resolve was used before you cleaned it.. Or a product like...
Try some like Enz-All / ProZyme see if it cuts it...

That could be it because they had asked , how can we maintain it...
They mentioned , a spray cleaner but i didn't think that would work against me during the cleaning so i didn't think to ask.

I have to remember to ask if they use a cleaner on the flooring.

I would not beat yourself up .. Its looks a lot better then the first pic.. Maybe hit with a enzyme type pre spray.. See if it cuts the black better .. I still met they used spray on Resolve .. Take few pass's cut the stuff sometimes..
You did OK after seeing the first pic!

I don't see the new extreme clean on the pros choice website. Did you get it from your distributor?

Enzall has made look really good on a lot of really bad jobs. Traffic lane alkaline of choice, enzall and a touch of citrus at 130ish degrees... magic. :D

would like to try Enzall but no Chemspec products here and crazy prices after paying duty and shipping! Hey Robin do you get Chemspec and Pro Choice where you live?

Not sure how that works.
do it all the time selling stuff via Ebay -send it too the states and tell post office to declare as gift so no custom duties! plus shipping cheaper as most companies like Steambrite and JonDon charge you up the arse for shipping and then when it comes the shipping is a small fraction of what they charged > the rest they call "handling fees" "I have something here they can handle":D

Extreme Clean Advanced is our best selling product here. People love it and have never gone to anything else once they start using it. I miss the old scent, but the new one is nice as well.

I recommend everyone try some! I just got jar and used it on few trashed rental jobs and this product worked very well.. Very easy to mix with fast dwell time .. Heavy soiled jobs with no problems . Carpet looked great after!
I give 5 stars!
Frank are you still using it/ like it?

I just got a free sample from Jondon Langhorn.

Tom said it was good on olefin, is that true?
