Anyone take Protein shakes,If so are they any good?
Every morning for the past 5 years I make my own . 1 Scoop of Protein powder,I forget the name of it,1 Frozen Banana,Frozen Strawberries,Blackberries,Blueberries,Oatmeal,Almond Milk,sometimes Kale or Spinach..Delicious ! My weight has been the same ever since Ive been doing this. And I feel energized,well,coffee helps too !

Never tried these shakes. I was advised by my friends but I've never done it. I go to gym so it would be useful I suppose

My shake (every morning) includes 2 cups milk, a scoop of optimum nutrition, frozen banana , blueberries, 1 cup raw oatmeal and a ton of greens (kale is best for flavor). Its a ton of calories but it's the only thing that keeps me feeling good until noon.
Never thought of adding greens with milk as in a protein shake. Wow. mind blown LOL.
